Knocking down a wall sounds simple until the wall is load-bearing. We assess what is supporting what, engineer a proper beam to carry the load (LVL, PSL, or steel as required), install temporary shoring, swap in the beam, and tie everything back together with new drywall, paint, and flooring transitions. We handle permit drawings and engineer sign-off when the change requires them.
